Before Your Eyes is an emotional first-person adventure available exclusively for Netflix members. In this game, you have complete control over the story and can affect the outcome using your real-life blinks as a means of interaction.
The game takes you on a journey into the afterlife, where you experience a soul's passage by reliving your entire life through a series of memories that flash before your eyes.
After your death, you find yourself on a ship with a mysterious man whose responsibility is to guide souls to the afterlife. In order for you to move on, he needs to learn the story of your life. He then sends you back to relive your most significant moments.
This captivating game uses your device's camera to fully immerse you in the story. By blinking, you control the flow of the narrative and explore precious memories, such as those of family, first love, and the birth of an artistic career. Additionally, you have the opportunity to uncover repressed memories that hold heartbreaking truths.
Before Your Eyes combines an innovative blink-interaction mechanic with a charming world and a fully voice-acted story. It takes players on a deeply emotional and relatable journey, exploring the burdensome expectations we place on ourselves and the lasting regrets we carry.
